/ uː / is pronounced in most English words ending in EW. And when they do, they are usually preceded by consonant / j /. Examples include:

i. ewe / juː / [This word is pronounced exactly the same way you will pronounce 'you']
ii. pew / pjuː /
iii.    phew / fjuː /
iv. few / fjuː /
v. dew / djuː /
vi. view / vjuː /
vii. knew / njuː /
viii.  music / mjuːzɪk /
ix.    cute / kjuːt /
x.     new  / njuː /
xi.    flute / fljuː /
xii.   cue / kuː /
xiii.  crew / kruː /
xiv.  clue / kluː /
xv.   mew / mjuː /

Some other words where uː / is pronounced include chewfluflew, tune, juice, drew, hew, brew

***Of course / uː / is not pronounced in the word, sew [SO] and the past particle form, sewn [SOWN].
