An unconfirmed story was told of a former military dictator in one South African country when he was the guest of Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace. After being hosted to a unique reception; served choice, tasty, sumptuous, mouth-watering, continental and intercontinental dishes and assorted wines, the merry leader was alleged to have said to the Queen of England, "You have fed me and I am fed up, when you come to my country, I will retaliate."
